Privacy Policy
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to ayurvedicclinic.net and Ayurvedicclinic.net and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to ayurvedicclinic.net include www.ayurvedicclinic.net . The Ayurvedicclinic.net website is an informational site about Ayurveda. By using the ayurvedicclinic.net website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. There are no accounts on this site, nothing is sold here, and we never ask for payment details.
The only personal information we collect is what you type into one of our three forms:
- Contact Us asks for your name, email address and message.
- Medical Inquiry asks for your name, email address, gender, age, country, telephone number, and a description of your medical condition.
- Write a Testimonial asks for your name, email address, country, a rating and your testimonial.
We use what you send only to reply to you, and in the case of a testimonial, to consider publishing it on this site with your name and country. A testimonial is never published without your having sent it to us for that purpose.
The Medical Inquiry form asks about your health. Please send only what you are comfortable sharing by email, and only what a practitioner needs in order to answer you. We do not keep a patient database on this website.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Ayurvedicclinic.net does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
When you submit one of our forms, its contents are sent to a third-party form delivery service, which relays them to us by email. That service handles the message in transit only; we do not use it to store your data or to build any list. Its privacy terms set out how it handles what passes through it.
Our forms are protected against automated abuse by a third-party captcha service. On the three form pages only, it loads from its own domain and may set its own cookies and assess your browser and device in order to tell a person from a robot. This happens on no other page of this site. Its privacy policy sets out what it collects for that purpose.
Beyond these two, Ayurvedicclinic.net does not share your information with anyone, except as required by law as set out below. We do not sell, rent or lease it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Ayurvedicclinic.net may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Ayurvedicclinic.net or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Ayurvedicclinic.net; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Ayurvedicclinic.net, or the public.
Automatically Collected Information
This site carries no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. We do not use Google Analytics or any equivalent, there are no advertising or social media tracking pixels, and nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to other sites.
The site is served as plain files from Amazon Web Services. As with any web server, the hosting and network providers that deliver these pages record ordinary technical request information, such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser type. That is used to serve the site and keep it secure, and we do not combine it with anything you send us through a form.
Use of Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. It does not personalise pages for you, it does not remember you between visits, and it stores nothing in your browser.
The one exception is the captcha box on our three form pages, described above. That third-party service may set its own cookies in order to work. If you decline cookies in your browser, every page of this site still reads and works normally; only the captcha, and therefore the forms, may stop working, in which case please reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead.
Security of your Personal Information
Ayurvedicclinic.net secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Ayurvedicclinic.net uses the following methods for this purpose:
โ SSL Protocol
This site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so anything you send us through a form is encrypted in transit. We do not take payments on this site and never ask for card or bank details.
We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.
Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
- Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
